Scott is one of our Directors, with both a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Masters of Business Administration. He also holds a NSCA Level 1 & 2 OH&S.
Specializing in operations management, quality assurance, contract administration, project and financial Management, Scott has worked as an Engineering Projects Manager for Willoughby City Council as well as Managing Director for Complete Engineering Solutions in London.
When he’s not working on his great schemes for COMPLETE, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Cricket.
Bob is an owner and Director of Complete Urban Pty Ltd with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Designing and delivering well detailed, complex and effective public domain outcomes is a key focus for Bob. Bob’s passion for Industrial design and for design generally ensures that Complete Urban designs and manages the delivery of well considered and appropriate public assets for Local and State Government.
He is into sport and when he is not working he is probably on a beach.
Regional Manager & Project Manager Principal
Allan is the regional manager and project management principal at Complete Urban. He is responsible for leading a team of specialist project managers, and acts as regional manager for NSW.
Allan qualified as a civil engineer in South Africa, working in Namibia, Pretoria, Umtata and Durban, before coming to Australia in 2002. Allan has extensive local Government experience, working at the City of Sydney for 13 years before joining Complete. He is a Certified Practicing Project Director with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
In his spare time Allan likes to run, surf & swim – not necessarily in that order.
General Manager, Government and Business Services
Bill Woodcock has in excess of 40 years’ experience in Local Government, Engineering and Management. Bill has a Degree in Civil Engineering, a Grad Dip in Local Government Management and is an accredited Mediator. Bill has held senior management positions in Local Government. Bill tackles the research projects including Management systems, Contract and Spec preparation and assistance with Council restructures. Bill is in touch with our clients and mentors Engineers on a large range of projects. Bill also serves on the Board of IPWEA.
Bill enjoys Travel, Paddle Boarding, Swimming and Family.
Nathan manages the Engineering Team and is an experienced Traffic Engineer with 19 years’ experience in New Zealand, England and Australia. Nathan has been with the Group for 12 years, initially commencing in London and for the last 10 years based in Sydney. He specialises in traffic, road safety and cycleway design, and has been involved in the delivery of numerous Public Domain projects across Sydney. Nathan is an accredited Level 3 Lead Road Safety Auditor. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and trail running. More recently he can be seen hobbling around the office on a Monday morning having recommenced his soccer career in his 40s for the mighty Normo Eagles over 35s.
Senior Designer & Project Manager
Gordon is an enthusiastic and experienced Design Project Manager with a background in large and small infrastructure projects both in Australia and the UK. Gordon’s grounding as a surveyor has instilled in him the quality of strong attention to detail, a quality that makes a good project into a great project. At COMPLETE his responsibilities include all aspects of project management, civil and traffic design, asset management and client liaison.
In his spare time he enjoys playing baseball, watching sports and spending time with his family.
Senior Landscape Architect
Paul found his true calling in the landscape industry in the 1970s when he dropped out of a Law degree at Sydney University. He has worked in local government and private practice landscape architecture since then. Coming over to COMPLETE in 2014, Paul has energetically supported the company’s core belief in the critical importance of the close integration between landscape and civil professionals. As a senior person now at COMPLETE, Paul is enjoying mentoring the younger landscape and engineering team members. He likes reading crime fiction, loves the scenery of the Great Eastern Ranges, and dreams of one day completing some personal arts projects which have been on hold for the last few decades.
Senior Landscape Architect
Udit is Senior Landscape Architect at Complete Urban and has Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture & Airport Planning. He is a registered Landscape Architect with AILA & certified Project Management Professional from PMI. Has over 17 years of experience working in Delhi, Kuwait, Dubai, Doha & Sydney.
In his free time he likes exploring new places with his family.
Graduate Civil Engineer & Project Manager
Jordan is a Graduate Civil Engineer and Project Manager for COMPLETE. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Hons at the University of Technology, Sydney. Since joining COMPLETE in late 2013, Jordan managed numerous projects with a variety of tasks including Contract Administration, Tender Management and settling of contractual disputes with his in-depth knowledge of standard construction contracts. Jordan is a die-hard South Sydney Rabbitohs fan and as a Scout Leader is actively engaged in all things outdoor including camping and hiking.
Bavis was born in Nepal and has been working as an engineer since his graduation from UTS in 2016. Previous to joining the team at Complete, he worked at Canterbury-Bankstown Council, where he learned how the local government works and how to prepare designs and documentation for various traffic and drainage projects. Outside of work, his spare time is best spent going on hikes or road trips, at the gym, or at home, noodling on his guitar.
Graduate Civil Engineer
Alice is a recent graduate from the University of Sydney, completing a double degree of Civil Engineering and Design in Architecture.
She has worked across all disciplines of COMPLETE Urban, from the concept stages of urban design to developing the final documentation, as well as dipping into project management. This has allowed her to build a broad range of skills.
After work Alice like to relax with a swim (salt water is best) and read a good book. Her weekends are best spent outdoors, especially if it involves the sand and surf, or a long bush walk plus rock-climbing.
Graduate Landscape Architect
Sherry Siow has joined the Complete Sydney team as a Graduate Landscape Architect. She has previous experience in commercial, childcare centre & multi-unit development landscape design, and is currently working with the team in drafting and design for public spaces and parks.
She likes to keep her weekends relaxed and occupies herself by creating some art pieces, and sometimes spending the weekend “forest bathing”. She enjoyed her last trip to Europe & the UK, hasn’t picked a favourite country yet, but Tibet is next on the list!
What doesn’t Creative Christie do? From office DJ to baker, the recently graduated (Bachelors) Architecture student supports the Urban Design Team, striving for any task required to get the job done. Since joining Complete in 2013, she endeavours to continue developing and/or master a versatile and broad range of skills. Social and energetic, there is never a dull moment especially at the networking events. Christie will always try to make sure everybody has a reason to be and remain positive.
Haidar Maliki is Complete Sydney’s new Architectural Technician. Haidar has 4 years experience as a building designer, predominately residential and commercial, as well as a background in construction management, and risk management.
Haidar likes soccer, watching cricket, spends his spare time with his family, fishing, 4WDing and exploring national parks. His favourite city is Barcelona, and Japan is next on his travel list.
Kevin is a Graduate Civil Engineer and Junior Project Manager for COMPLETE. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Diploma in Engineering Practice at the University of Technology, Sydney. Joining COMPLETE in early 2018, Kevin is currently a part of the Cumberland Roads Project and has previously worked at Sydney Water as an intern being a part of the NFRP (Networks and Facilities Renewal Program) team and at CF Group as an undergrad site Engineer. Kevin in his free time enjoys working on his cars, computers and keeping active.
Engineering Cadet - Civil
Mariah Owen is Complete Urban’s Cadet Civil Engineer currently undertaking her Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. Previously, she worked at Central Coast Council as a Trainee Engineer in Technical Services.
In her free time, she enjoys catching up with friends and family, swimming and planning her next adventure.
Cadet Project Manager / Engineer
Ryan is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with a Diploma in Engineering Practice at the University of Technology Sydney. He has previously worked for Interactive Projects Pty. Ltd. as a Project Engineer and as an Assistant Surveyor at the WestConnex M4 East Project.
In his spare time Ryan likes to catch up with his friends, watch footy and soccer. He also enjoys playing soccer (indoor and outdoor).
Architecture Principal & Regional Manager (QLD)
David has over 25 years experience in a wide variety of community and public buildings both as an architect and project manager. His specialist skills apply over the project life cycle from strategic planning, briefing, design and construction. He is a Registered Architect and GBCA Greenstar Accredited Professional who has become a Library specialist in the last few years.
Senior Civil Engineer & Project Manager
Evan is the Gold Coast Civil Engineering and NBN manager, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Evan skills lie within civil design and project management. He joined Complete in 2008, prior to this he has worked for Queanbeyan Council and a number of local councils in England.
In his spare time Evan enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Project Manager Principal
Mark has 10 years at executive level in Local Government both in QLD and NSW. Mark started in design and specialized in stormwater prior to moving into an operational and construction environment. After this Mark moved into the private arena and has consulted in management and project management. Mark as also run a significant design office in QLD for south east Queensland councils for 6 years. Mark is NPER and RPEQ registered Engineer in Civil Engineering. Mark has post grad qualifications in management. Mark is a keen cyclist and photographer.
Senior Project Manager
Catherine is Complete Urban’s Project Manager. With 16 years’ experience in the building industry and a Bachelor of Construction Management, Catherine has worked for both local and state government across NSW and Queensland, specialising in commercial, heritage and civil construction.
With Strong interest in compliance, Catherine can assist clients with solutions for projects from dilapidation and feasibility reports, development applications, implementation of Construction documentation in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, through to project execution and building life cycle management.
Senior Project Manager
Chris is a Certified Practicing Project Manager who has a proven ability to lead projects to successful completion by means of effective communication and influencing skills delivering a wide variety of projects to time, cost and quality standards. Chris began his career working in design office and then moved into project management for mining, marine, infrastructure and local government sectors.
Chris follows the Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Marrons religiously. He is also a keen golfer who recently attended the US Masters as a spectator and rates following Tiger as a highlight.
With 14 years of Public Infrastructure, design, construction, and manufacturing experience and qualifications in Design, Sustainable Development and Project Management, Ben has a broad base of skills. Ben’s project experience includes community buildings, depots, skate parks, parklands, land remediation & development, aquatic centres, bridges, roads, tourist parks, waste transfer facilities, light rail & bus station redevelopment, and renewable energy projects. This broad perspective allows him to relate to all stakeholders, and add value throughout the project.
Ben is the jet-setter of the office and enjoys spending time working on his farm on weekends.
Jai is a Graduate Architect with 10+ years of experience in architectural concept and detailed design, detailed construction documentation, urban design, masterplanning and environmental sustainability. Jai has gained extensive experience in the use of Archicad, AutoCAD, 3D modelling and the Adobe Creative Suite.
He has led and largely been involved in the delivery of masterplanning, design and construction documentation in both Local Government and private sectors with project experience on varying scale projects ranging from Community Centres, Libraries, Aquatic Centres, Waste Transfer Stations, Educational, Residential, Towers and Mixed-use developments.
Jai enjoys surfing and travelling in his spare time.
Jared is an Architectural Professional at COMPLETE. He enjoys working directly and closely with clients to ensure that their ideas are combined with his expertise to become reality. He completed his Bachelor of Architectural Studies in 2007 and obtained his Masters of Architecture in 2009. He likes to spend his spare time with the family.
Nnamdi is an Architectural assistant with COMPLETE. He has actively harnessed his level of expertise and experience with over 7 years’ worth of involvement in varied roles across Architectural drafting, design, documentation and visualisation.
He has been involved in teams providing architectural services for a range of project types from residential, commercial to institutional buildings for the private and public sectors in both Australia and Nigeria.
Nnamdi has developed a considerable level of experience and broad skillset. When he is not immersed in Architecture, he spends time with family and friends or catching up on the latest football (soccer) game.
Charlotte Flanders is the new Architectural Graduate at Complete Gold Coast. Charlotte’s background is in architecture, and she graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2015.
Charlotte has previous experience in lighting design, landscape architecture, hospital design and defence force projects.
Her favourite sports team is the Melbourne Storm. She spends most of her weekends at the beach or nearby with her family and two sausage dogs. Charlotte loves yoga, gardening and water sports and would her favourite place to travel so far is Hawaii.
Stephanie “Teia” Sterque is Complete’s new Graduate Landscape Architect, based in our Gold Coast office.
Stephanie moved to Australia from Brazil three years ago. After graduating university she opened a small business working as a self employed landscape architect.
Stephanie loves to be surrounded by nature, the sun and the ocean, which is why she now calls the Gold Coast home. She likes to go for a sunrise run every morning, likes freehand drawing, cooking, reading & playing harmonica.
Civil Engineer / Design Technician
Brett Robinson is our new Graduate Civil Engineer working in the Gold Coast office. Brett recently graduated from the University of Queensland, and worked during his degree as a student for the Brisbane City Council in their Traffic Network operations department working on multiple different small projects related to traffic engineering. He plays cricket and squash in his spare time, likes to try out new food by cooking it himself (with mixed results). Plus, he plays computer games & is currently playing World of Warcraft classic. He hopes to visit Japan soon to try out all their fantastic food and to check out their infrastructure trends to deal with their high population density.
Graduate Electrical Engineer
Dion is a Graduate Engineer at COMPLETE, completing a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is a keen traveller and has been to New Zealand, Japan, and Fiji, but Europe (especially Poland) are on his bucket list.
Dion enjoys spending his spare time with his girlfriend, or working on and going on motorbike rides (road or dirt). He enjoys sports and computer games.
Erin is Corporate Support based at COMPLETE’s Gold Coast office. She completed her Bachelor of Communications in 2013, specialising in Digital Communications and Screen Studies and Production. Erin is responsible for tender submissions, reports, day-to-day management of the COMPLETE website and social media, and helping the office to keep progressing efficiently by taking on any task required.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys photography, writing screenplays, socialising with friends, attending concerts and DIY projects.
