It will bring government, industry and researchers together in a unique collaborative alliance that seeks evidence-based outcomes and a more integrated delivery process for the precinct moving forward. The Masterplan will test a new model for guiding major changes to an established urban town centre, informing a more desirable, integrated and sustainable urban lifestyle.
