COMPLETE supported Gold Coast City Council through the development of pre-planning requirements in collaboration with Councils planner.
This has included the establishment of key vision objectives, management models, and planning for the consolidation of existing services to one location.
The proposed Hub will be servicing the youth as a priority, and is intended to be located nearby residential zones and will be integrated with existing BMX and skate facilities.
