Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises, the operator of the Resource Recovery Centre in Kimbriki was developing a Master Plan outlining future and current needs of the facility. Part of the Master Plan is a new access road (designed in 2012) to provide improved access to the facilities.
COMPLETE prepared a Peer Review Report, reviewing the design brief, scope of works and other provided documentation as well as identified possible risks of the project. The report prepared by COMPLETE assisted Council in assessing risks and feasibility of the construction of the new access road in relation to design, maintenance, and impacts during construction, including costs.
