The Australian National University (ANU) has undertaken major expansion and improvement of housing on the campus in a bid to give students access to the best quality accommodation and so that resident students can contribute to the 24-hour life and culture of the university.
COMPLETE was engaged to provide Landscape Architectural services for two of these residential developments, with a total of 1,300 beds. The facilities provide useful landscape spaces with sports and recreational opportunities, bike and car-parking, outdoor eating areas and quieter spaces for study, reflection and relaxation.
The ANU opened the first project, Bruce Hall in February 2017, with the second project opening for the academic year 2019.
