The upgrade of the Caboolture Hub encompasses the modification of the main foyer area and some external signage at the regional community facility known as Caboolture Hub.
The existing Caboolture Hub is a thriving meeting place in the heart of the Caboolture CBD. The facility comprises the Learning and Business Centre, Caboolture Library, and Caboolture Regional Art Gallery.
Council has chosen a staged approach for the minor improvements construction requiring two separate tender processes.
Stage 1 works involve design of security measures to restrict stairway access to the Learning and Business Centre on Level 1 after hours.
Stage 2 works include modification of the foyer and Art Gallery Entry to ensure the Art gallery has increased presence and visibility, modification of the Library staff area, modification of the light boxes on lower ground entry, and signage at two entry points on the lower ground and ground levels.
COMPLETE produced design and documentation for construction. All design elements have a continuity of architectural theme, maintaining a consistent aesthetic in the public foyer area.
