COMPLETE Urban have assisted Canterbury City Council with feasibility options for their existing 3.35 hectare depot sites and have developed a number of re-use options.
Key components of our commission included developing suitable new accommodation design layouts for Council’s various divisions and integration of environmental sustainable solutions. The Green Star – Office Design v3 rating tool has been recommended to assess environmental attributes of the building at the design, construction and occupation phases. Incorporation of a local State Emergency Services facility has also been included in our studies.
COMPLETE co-ordinated a number of specialist input into the initial feasibility and have provided our Client with detailed analysis and clear options which are currently being reviewed.
