Colbee Park is a 10 hectare district sporting park located at the intersection of three suburbs, McGraths Hill, Vineyard and Oakville. COMPLETE Urban were engaged to undertake a business case and visualisation for the project’s WestInvest grant application.

The proposed Colbee Park project will improve facilities, cater for changing demographics and secure a long-term future in increased participation in physical active, increase equity outcomes, cater for disability, and facilitate social cohesion.The Colbee Park Redevelopment will involve:

• Constructing a children’s playground;
• Expand existing BMX facilities with the creation of a pump track;
• Fitness stations and teen playground;
• Establish a designated dog off-leash area;
• Improve parking within the site;
• Establish a shared path network with connections to the Pitt Town Road pathway network;
• Improve and create additional shelters with barbecue facilities;
• Improve existing amenities buildings.
