The Coomera Community Hub is to become a state of the art community facility to support an array of uses including hosting Council offices, a library, youth facilities, child care, open space and possibly also the integration of light retail or residential premises.
COMPLETE is continuing to assist Council in various areas including preplanning reports, adaptive re-use of existing buildings, facilitation community workshops for asset owners and custodians, incorporation of integrated transport solutions, financial modelling and concept design.
