COMPLETE was engaged by Wingecarribee Shire Council to provide Project Management and Architectural Design services for a previously approved DA which included a new Community Hall and adjoining external works in Exeter Park. Following consultation with Council and Stakeholders, COMPLETE was asked to provide revised concepts to provide better value for money and a closer fit to local community requirements. Following a review of our current proposal, COMPLETE will provide detail design and documentation suitable for a new Development Application and tender.
COMPLETE has been responsible for the management and co-ordination of Structural, Stormwater/Civil, Geotechnical and Building Services, Access, BCA, Certifier, Heritage and Quantity Surveying services.
