The Fairfield Showground has been the venue a wide variety of community events for over 60 years. COMPLETE was engaged to lead a master planning process aimed at identifying the optimum mix of uses for the site, based on local and regional needs and the existing levels of facility access.
Over 30 hectares is size, the Showground site can potentially accommodate a great range of facilities. In establishing the range of uses that would be suitable for the Showground, team members drew on their comparable professional experience with sporting and entertainment venues. COMPLETE personnel undertook research into recreation needs studies and planning strategies being developed at state and local government level.
