COMPLETE was engaged by Council to develop LATM (Local Area Traffic Management) concept design plans for 3 sites in Marrickville in the vicinity of Henson Park. COMPLETE’s in-house design team completed the concept plans which incorporated civil design, landscaping and traffic engineering aspects.
Aspects of the design included pedestrian refuges, pedestrian crossings, kerb extensions, kerb islands and modification to existing stormwater infrastructure. The concept designs were submitted in front of Traffic Committee for consultation.
COMPLETE were engaged to develop then the concept design into construction documentations which including construction details and setout information. The submission also included bills of quantities and construction cost estimates as well as REF (Review of Environmental Factors) reports for construction of the proposed works.
