COMPLETE were engaged by Moreton Bay Regional Council to determine and document the detail design for the upgrade of Jinker Track and Bunyala Road intersection, to a signal controlled intersection to suit the transport needs of all road users, including on-road cyclists and pedestrians and the rehabilitation of the road pavement between Collins Road and the western extent of the intersection upgrade.
