The City of Canada Bay Council has initiated a project to reconfigure the overall stormwater management of the Massey Park Golf Course. The course is built on re-claimed land and reflects the hard surface, quantity-driven stormwater design approach of the early-mid twentieth century. Council sees this major project, which will unfold over several years, as a once-in-a generation opportunity to re-assert the natural qualities and resources of the site.
Council has engaged COMPLETE to develop a high level plan of the new arrangements, supported with quality graphic imagery to garner support for the project among a wide range of stakeholders. More detail design will follow the confirmation of long-term funding and the completion of a catchment study.
