Council recognised the need for a waste recycling centre to provide the public with the opportunity to discard of recyclable wastes responsibly. COMPLETE was engaged to provide an integrated service comprising of Structural Engineering, Architecture, and Electrical and Hydraulic services.
The building is comprised of a drop off area, maintenance retail areas and external hardstand areas for storage of bulk items.
COMPLETE was also required to design associated parking and access roads along with landscaping components.
