The existing swimming pool at the site was not financially viable and required redevelopment. COMPLETE worked in collaboration with Council’s internal design team to deliver a new leisure centre that achieved Council’s economic and financial objectives.
The new leisure centre facility includes a number of gym rooms, hydro-therapy pool and child minding facilities. COMPLETE provided design advice and the DA submission including the ecology and fauna report, evacuation management plan, traffic impact assessment, acoustic assessment and the stormwater impact assessment.
