Palm Grove is the precinct that rests between Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour. The area is an important space which needed to support security and recreational use.
The design developed supported all these uses and set a new standard of finish for adoption throughout Darling Harbour.
COMPLETE’s design offered the flexibility of this space to be used for entertainment, passive recreation or commercial purposes.
