The proposed Prince St admin office redevelopment is aimed at transforming the building both internally and externally into a multipurpose council hub to allow the community an opportunity to experience and interact with services on offer. The Prince street council office (the site) located within the main street of Grafton, is a prominent feature within the cityscape connecting to the waterfront within the Clarence Valley Council.
The upgrade of the main administration offices at 2 Prince Street will service the following Council functions and services that includes:
In collaboration with Clarence Valley Council, COMPLETE Urban worked with Council Stakeholders to gather relevant information about the new facility and prepare a project requirements documentation pack incorporating a Statement of Works that will be used in conjunction with the current concept design to allow Council to tender the project for a Design and Construct GC21 Contract.
