Robina already had an established library and church building in the Robina Town Centre when COMPLETE was engaged to develop open space neighbouring these buildings for the purpose of a Community Hub.
Fundamental to the success of the project was the requirement to ensure the development was economically viable for commercial tenants to also rent space in parts of the building alongside the community oriented spaces.
The Community Centre site is bounded by residential property and a waterway, and the design was required to be sympathetic to these surroundings. The building design incorporates numerous green building design initiatives.
