Canterbury City Council (now Canterbury Bankstown City Council) required the services of an expert Consultant Team to develop zero depth water play facilities to augment their Olympic Swimming pools especially for juniors and toddlers.
COMPLETE provided community consultation, concept design, a full business plan and contract documentation. The project also involved a detailed analysis of quite a number of existing projects including on site interviews with the Council staff involved at each Council facility.
This provided sound advice on lessons learnt by others and what to look out for.
