Schoeffel Park is an important piece of parkland infrastructure for this growing part of Sydney. It is important for urban residents to feel that there is, despite modern settlement, a continuity and connection with nature. A park of the size of Schoeffel has a great potential to provide this, in addition to play facilities and outdoor gym equipment.
Liverpool City Council engaged COMPLETE to provide an initial master plan as a basis for seeking community input. COMPLETE presented the scheme and analysed feedback received. Documentation is currently proceeding with a view to construction occurring in 2019.
