COMPLETE were engaged to prepare a Depot Masterplan for Singleton Council. The proposed Masterplan required to include the merger of Works and Water and Sewer depots with the inclusion of buildings and infrastructure for the water and sewer operational teams.

Major focuses of the masterplan include:

• Merging of the current three depots into one
• Improve the functionality of the depot
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• To investigate the potential of a new office building that includes a training room
• To allow for growth for future requirements
• To improve the security, vehicle movements within the site, access and egress of the depot
