COMPLETE was engaged by Gold Coast City Council to review the Surfers Paradise Master Plan developed in 2006. Part of the review process included consideration of a new toilet block in Eileen Peters Park at the southern end of The Esplanade and to provide construction documentation ready for tender.
The final design task considered probable cost estimates and recommended a preferred option that matched Council’s anticipated construction budget.
COMPLETE conceptualised and then provided construction documentation for the amenities buildings.
