Toll House

Location: Moore Park, NSW
Project type: Project Management, Heritage Assessment, Architecture
Budget: $1,600,000
Status: Completed
Organisation: Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust

The two storey former Toll House in Moore Park is the only surviving example of its kind in NSW. COMPLETE has carried out a detailed heritage assessment of the Toll House complex to establish the essential, desirable and optional conservation measures that will address the immediate dilapidation issues and stem the decline of the building fabric. COMPLETE also presented architectural solutions for adaptive reuse that would facilitate bringing the buildings back into use. Our Project Management team gathered this and other relevant information and prepared a NSW Treasury compliant business case that aims to secure the necessary funding for the conservation works.
