Turnbull Oval is a much loved and utilised sporting facility within North Richmond and is the only field west of Hawkesbury that hosts rugby league competitions. The local rugby league club now has female teams, and the proposed $8.545M upgrade will provide the necessary change rooms to host female-specific events e.g. female rugby league round-robin events, touch football carnivals.
