Following on from the completion of the first stage of the Tweed Civic Centre upgrade, COMPLETE were engaged to undertake the second stage of works. The project aims to create a civil plaza space that links the Civic Centre with the Council offices addressing issues of accessibility and safety. The design solution continues the theme established in Stage 1 and will create a multi-use plaza space suitable for a variety of events and functions.
