Complete Urban have been engaged by Penrith City Council to prepare design and construction documentations for the alterations to 2 existing childcare centres at Tandara and Wattle Glen. Council’s budget is very limited but they want to improve operational efficiency, upgrade electrical and fire services and renew finishes including floor and walls. It is also proposed to upgrade kitchens with new joinery and appliances.
