COMPLETE were engaged to prepare a design for a new depot for Waverley Council on industrial land at Alexandria, NSW. The depot facility is consolidated in a large multipurpose building comprising of staff parking, Council vehicle parking, stores, workshops, offices and amenities. Construction of this facility was completed in late 2014.
In addition to concept design and master planning, COMPLETE provided ongoing Project Management service throughout the construction phase of the project.
