Rockhampton Regional Council expressed a desire to establish a commercial precinct on the historic Yeppoon rail yards located on James Street. COMPLETE Urban was engaged by the Rockhampton Regional Council to develop a Framework Concept Plan for the study precinct which would acknowledge Council’s objective of developing guidelines for the future use and development of the Yeppoon rail yards. The concept plan report provided the client with a developed planning strategy that will enhance Yeppoon’s commercial precincts and distinctive character for future retail appeal.
