COMPLETE Urban were engaged by the Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL) to explore options for improving the functionality, efficiency and accessibility of the current Brunswick Heads Library located at Fingal St, Brunswick Heads.
COMPLETE met with Council, inspected the site and prepared a comprehensive report covering the existing building opportunities and constraints, planning layout, staging and a broad estimate of cost.
