COMPLETE URBAN (CU) were engaged by City of Moreton Bay to prepare design and detailed design for a new SES facility at Deception Bay. The new facility replaces an existing inadequate facility and provides a new administration building, new vehicle storage building, new parking and training areas.
The existing site had sensitive vegetation requirements and is flood prone.
The site of the former building will be remediated at the end of the project and converted to a public park.
