Council identified Blatchford Sporting and Recreation Reserve located at Murrumba Downs was in need of a new car park, plaza and picnic area, new footpaths, new PWD toilet block and required building and plumping approvals and certification. Complete Urban undertook civil and architectural design for the development project, while Council internally designed features and finishes within the playground footprint.
