COMPLETE’s Project Management team lead the design and construction of this extensive fire system upgrade at Bondi Pavilion. The project includes a detailed inspection of the existing fire safety system in the Pavilion, installation of a hydrant booster and a hydrant ring main, a sprinkler system upgrade, the installation of fire-rated walls and doors, electrical works and civil works. This project was undertaken within highly onerous time frames to avoid peak holiday periods, major public events such as City2Surf to ensure we minimal disruption to the tenants and tourist of this highly regarded landmark / building.
COMPLETE led a design team and procured the services of a suitable contractor on behalf of Council. COMPLETE continued to act as the contract administration during the construction stage.
