COMPLETE URBAN (CU) have been engaged by Campbelltown City Council for the design and documentation of upgrades at Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre. Council’s Aquatic and Indoor Sports Strategy 2021 outlined a need for improvements to the existing facility to increase community engagement and sports participation. The main components of the project include:
Once completed the upgraded facility is expected to deliver benefits for the community, local schools, local sporting association and existing members including access to improved sport, recreation, health and wellbeing facilities, increased community engagement and increased membership numbers. In response to increased urban heat in Campbelltown, our design employs environmental design principles to ensure energy efficient operations.
