COMPLETE were engaged to undertake a strategic analysis and subsequent masterplan of the Liverpool Council Depot.
The strategic analysis assessed the suitability of the current site for long term growth considering site layout, functionality, provision of services and outsourcing, geographic location in the LGA and growth of the city and assessment of alternative sites.
A long term solution was identified and COMPLETE have now been engaged to undertake a staged masterplan to provide Council with a road map to achieving their short and long term depot objectives.
