COMPLETE have been engaged by Moreton Bay Regional Council to undertake a concepts design and costing for a proposed national level BMX clubhouse facility in Brendale.
The proposed facility will be a single storey elevated building providing extensive outdoor viewing areas overlooking the BMX track. Internally the building will provide clubhouse and amenities for participants and spectators. Due to the nature of the land particular attention has been paid to addressing accessibility. The building has been designed with domestic lightweight materials so it can be built in two stages with minimal rework required to the first stage when the second stage is constructed.
