Port Stephens Council engaged COMPLETE to deliver the needs analysis and concept design for the consolidation of field operations. Of particular concern for Council was that no one site which Council owned could seemingly host all of their needs.
COMPLETE conducted an internal consultation program including surveys, interviews and workshops to identify needs and uses. Following a detailed analysis COMPLETE was able to develop concepts which ensured all uses could be consolidated into the one site. Further to this, the relevant DCP & ESD objectives for the site were onerous, and in both accounts COMPLETE was able to accommodate these.
COMPLETE are now looking to work with Council to provide planning and detailed design services.
