Penrith City Council engaged Complete Urban to upgrade the Ripples Leisure Centre, work includes a new entry facade, upgraded building services, roof replacement and DDA compliance upgrade.
The building is required to remain operational during the building works and given Council’s limited budget it was essential that retention of existing was considered as much as possible in the proposed design.
