COMPLETE were engaged by Balonne Shire Council to facilitate design management from concept design through to for construction documentation, facilitate expression of interest and request for tender phase. To support local content, COMPLETE Urban were requested to separate construction delivery into 4 contracts to allow local businesses to price for works. This included demolition, construction, civil/landscaping, furniture/AV equipment.
